I had forgotten about this game until I stumbled upon it. This was MJ's last game against Clyde, Hakeem and Barkley (aside from MJ and Hakeem meeting during the 2002 season). The veteran gathering brought out some interest in Mike and on top of that, Barkley strongly suggested that he was going to win his last game against him.
Well we know what usually happens after someone talks like that.
MJ had answers for all three HOFers in this one. Each bucket by any of them was answered immediately by MJ. MJ decided to enter his zone and from then on, the game was reduced to watching his mastery. While the Rockets kept it close until around the 4th quarter, MJ calmly picked his spots and used his incredible basketball IQ to thwart the challenge.
What you see here is MJ's perfection of the game. Sure he still could rely on his athleticism but his knowledge of the game was so high that he only needed to use little tricks to get his shots. His game was so polished and refined that even at age 35, he could dominate on call. Watching all the legends in this game was pure basketball. And watching MJ pull out another masterpiece when the world was watching was even purer.

Brock Edward Lesnar[4] (born July 12, 1977 in Webster, South Dakota) is an American mixed martial artist with the UFC[5] as well as a former professional and amateur wrestler.
Before gaining prominence in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), Lesnar was an accomplished amateur wrestler, and won the 2000 NCAA wrestling championship. In WWE, Lesnar was the 2002 King of the Ring, and won the 2003 Royal Rumble.[6][7] He is also a three-time WWE Champion, and is the youngest WWE Champion in history.[8]
After leaving WWE in 2004, Lesnar pursued a career in the NFL.[9] He played for the Minnesota Vikings, before being cut from the team for no-showing at practices due to injuries.[10]
Lesnar returned to professional wrestling at the end of 2005, and joined New Japan Pro Wrestling, where he won the IWGP Heavyweight Championship in his first wrestling match since leaving the WWE.[11] He was stripped of the title in July 2005, although he held the physical belt until June 2007.[12]
Lesnar started a career in Mixed Martial Arts and had his first fight in June 2007.[13] He then signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in October, 2007, and is set to fight for the UFC Heavyweight Championship against Randy Couture on November 15, 2008. With a late rally, Allen Iverson is an All-Star starter again.
Iverson surged from behind in the fan voting to earn a starting spot in next month's game when the vote totals were released Thursday night. Denver Nuggets teammate Carmelo Anthony will join him in New Orleans after earning his first starting nod.
Iverson rallied to pass Houston's Tracy McGrady in the final weeks of voting to earn his first start since moving to the Western Conference early last season. He started seven straight All-Star Games while playing for Philadelphia, but fell short last year after the 76ers dealt him to the Nuggets in December 2006.
The two-time MVP of the All-Star Game beat McGrady by 10,410 votes and will make his ninth appearance on Feb. 17 in New Orleans.
"It's a good feeling. I think it's a tribute to my teammates and coaching staff because without those guys none of that would be possible," Iverson said in a statement. "But most of all I just want to thank the fans for appreciating what I go out and do on the court night in and night out. It's just a great feeling and an honor, and I'm just looking forward to trying to play the best that I can play for the fans."
Iverson was more than 80,000 votes behind McGrady, who has struggled with injuries this season, when the final update was released two weeks ago. He ended up with 1,203,152 votes. McGrady finished with 1,192,742.

Check out this incredible, newly discovered, original play-by-play call of The Miracle On Ice, perhaps the greatest upset in the history of team sports. When the USA shocked Russia, 4-3, at the 1980 Lake Placid Winter Olympics, Curt Chaplin was covering the game as a sports reporter for the ABC Radio Network. Standing on a camera platform in the crowd, he did play-by-play of the entire game into his tape recorder, capturing the event on tape forever. Now, after 25 years, these tapes have been rediscovered and matched to the video. The result is a dramatic, stirring and completely original experience for sports fans all over the world. Now you can relive the #1 sports upset of the 20th Century in a whole new way, through new eyes and a new voice. Still as fresh and exciting as the day it happened. If you know any hockey players or hockey fans, send them the link. They should all see it. Miracle On Ice, Newly Discover |

Shane McConkey, Miles Daisher and Chuck Berry of the Red Bull Air Force recently pioneered their way into the heart of China. After months of negotiation, the government allowed the Red Bull Air Force and friends into their borders for a BASE jumping session at one of China's natural wonders, a giant cave depression. Although no professional camera crews were allowed to follow, we managed to give all the guys a few hand held cameras and a quick cinematography lesson on the way to the airport. We all think they did a bang-up job.
