Ok, i had to swap the audio on this vid.. so the music in the credits IS NOT whats playing in the video anymore..! My pole was in a really grippy mood last night so i decided to mess around for a lil while and practice the twisted grip. I feel like im really close to being able to just LIFT up into it. Besides practicing that, i wanted to have a go at the True Grip or Overhand Grip Handspring. It was pretty easy since i already have the other handspring variations down. I found it to be hard to hold for longer than a sec or two and it felt really insecure to me. Also i did a couple Front mounted Handsprings too. I havent done those in a while =) Well, thanks for watching..!
