Abrams P-body phone call to Bear By Earl Manning

This is excerpted from a comedy LP album that came out in the late '60s. The guy does a phenomenal impersonation of the Bear. I grew up in Tuscaloosa and remember listening to this as a 5th grader. Though it parodies the Bear, I think its in good fun and it intends no disrespect. (Well, maybe a little towards Auburn...) Hope you enjoy it. The audio refers to 1967 or 1968. First game after the 1966 "Missing Ring" season, Kenny Stabler was at quarterback again for this 1967 season, and expectations were high. But, a devastating tie at Legion Field in Birmingham, Alabama to Florida State seemed to take early air out of their hopes. The score was 37-37.
